W. Bruderer AG was founded on August 1, 1966, and today produces high-quality semi-finished and finished products in Fahrwangen. These are delivered to the baking and confectionery trade, the catering sector, the chocolate industry, and the catering sector for sale or refinement, using state-of-the-art equipment and with great attention to detail.
